Lauren is an Indianapolis native and Los Angeles-based actress, model, speaker, and creativity coach. With a background in improv, public speaking, and storytelling, she brings warmth, authenticity, and a natural sense of play to every project. When she’s not in front of the camera, you’ll often find her training in boxing, writing, coaching artists and entrepreneurs, or developing creative projects designed to help people live more boldly.
Outside of work, Lauren is happiest in motion, whether that’s running along the beach, traveling to new destinations, discovering great Mexican food, exploring local culture, or chasing the perfect sunset by the ocean. A lifelong creative with a deep curiosity about people and the world around her, she finds inspiration everywhere and brings that same adventurous spirit to her work.
