Skarlet Ramirez was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 13, she moved to Massachusetts where she started competing in pageants and would eventually become Miss Massachusetts USA 2022. She loves fashion, content creation, reading and traveling. In her free time, she loves exploring new restaurants with her friends in NY, and coaching other women for pageants.
