Owen is a multi-disciplinary actor and artist originally from Alpharetta, Georgia. She graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan, and now resides in Manhattan, where she works professionally in theatre, film, and television. Beyond the stage and screen, Owen is a singer-songwriter, comedy writer, and creator/host of @anxiousanxiousgirlspod- a podcast dedicated to candid conversations around mental health, anxiety, and depression in young people. Her work is driven by authenticity, empathy, and commitment to creative expression in all forms.
